Day four: Leg of lamb

Day four of #farmchallenge.

Lunch: Rice crackers with local smoked salmon (traded) and goat cheese (traded).

Tonight's dinner: Leg of lamb (Gleaners Pantry,) rice (my pantry,) and organic veggies (my freezer and Gleaners Pantry.)

Clearly, the hard part hasn't kicked in yet.
